Frequently Asked Questions
1. When will I receive my tickets?
All tickets and hospitality passes will be shipped when we receive payment unless there is another agreement in place.
2. When will I receive my Hospitality Guide?
Hospitality Guides are sent with your tickets and hospitality passes. Unless otherwise requested, it will be mailed as one package.
3. When are the request forms due for added equipment or supplemental passes?
Forms are due approximately 3 weeks prior to race weekend.
1. When will I be able to set up my hospitality area?
Hospitality set-up times are from 9am – 11am each event day. If you require other arrangements, please contact Catharine Smith at 843-395-8892 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
2. Can I bring a vehicle in to set up my hospitality area?
If you would like to bring in a vehicle to unload/reload equipment, decorations,gifts, etc., please contact Catharine Smith to obtain the appropriate vehicle pass. All vehicles must be removed from the hospitality areas by 11am each event day.
3. How do I order catering for my hospitality chalet or suite?
To place a catering order for event day(s), please contact Gloria Bruno at 386-947-3800. Catering menus will be sent to you via email approximately 6 weeks from the event.
1. Where do my guests park?
If your guest has a “Hospitality Parking” pass they may park in the Hospitality Parking lot located off Highway 151 at Gate 39B. If they do not have a parking pass, they need to park in Public Parking (closest lot at Gate 40).
If your guests has an “Infield Parking” pass they may park in the Infield Hospitality Parking lot located in the infield between Turns 1 & 2. If they do not have a parking pass, they need to park in Public Parking (closest lot at Gate 34).
2. Where do I need to park my showcar trailer?
All showcar trailers must be parked next to Gate 1. Directions are included in the Hospitality Guide.
3. Where is Bus Parking?
Bus Parking is located off Highway 151 near Gate 1. Please call for more detailed directions. There is a form enclosed in the Hospitality Guide we will need you to fill out and return.
