So far, Kyle Busch has been unsuccessful in finding his way into Victory Lane, or even into the Top 5, in NEXTEL Cup Series events at Darlington, but it's early yet. Busch has posted only two starts in NASCAR's premier series at the track "Too Tough To Tame."
Busch's best start at Darlington came in his very first attempt, in the spring of 2005, when he started the Dodge Charger 500 in the sixth position. He ended that day with a disappointing 29th-place finish, but came back strong in 2006 with a 7th-place effort, his best finish at Darlington.
