About Promotional Display Space
It’s the perfect way to encourage our fans to become your customers. The display area is a highly traveled area located just outside the main entrance to the grandstands where many brand-loyal patrons visit throughout the event weekend. This interactive marketing experience presents your company the opportunity to promote your brand, demonstrate and sample products, educate potential buyers and collect data.
For additional information on promotional display space, please contact the Darlington Raceway sales team at hospitality@darlingtonraceway.com or 843-395-8877.
Display FAQs
When can I start set-up?
Set-up can take place as early as Tuesday of race week. Your display will need to be set-up and in place within your designated display footprint no later than 5 PM on Thursday of race week. Please notify the track of your expected arrival time and date.
What is required prior to setup?
Full payment and a certificate of insurance must both be on file with Darlington Raceway prior to arrival and set-up.
Will I need worker passes?
The display area is located outside of the main ticket gate area, so worker passes are not necessary.
Do I receive parking passes?
Each display will be provided two (2) support vehicle (Vendor) parking passes. These passes are for transport and supply needs you may have prior to the display area opening to the public and are not to be used to park in the display footprint. All support vehicles must be removed from the display area by 8 AM on Friday and 10 AM on Saturday of event weekend and parked in the designated Vendor parking lot, as identified upon arrival.
Staff parking is free at Darlington Raceway and available in our general parking lots. Parking is on a first come, first serve basis, so your workers should plan on getting there early for a close spot.
Is electrical power provided?
No, all displays must provide their own self-contained power units.
Can I stake within my footprint?
Staking is not permitted in the Darlington Raceway display area. Please plan on providing water barrels if it is necessary to tie down your display.
What are the hours of operation for the display area?
Friday, May 7th 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Saturday, May 8th 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM
