3. What are your ticket office hours?
The Darlington Raceway Ticket Office hours of operation are 9:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday thru Friday. Ticket agents are available via phone during the day and after office hours and on weekends by calling 866-459-RACE (7223).
4. Where is Will Call located?
Will Call is located at the front stretch ticket office at gate 16 and backstretch ticket office at gate 3. You also must have a picture ID.
5. Where are the best seats?
The "best" seat is really a personal preference. Example:If you want to see pit action sit on the frontstretch.
6. Are the ticket prices the same for children?
Children are the same price as adults for the Sprint Cup Series and for the Nationwide Series childern are the same price as adults in the reserved sections and for general admission tickets children 12 and under are $5.00.
7. Can I purchased Pit- Passes?
Pit passes may only be purchased as part of the Darlington Stripe Zone Fan Hospitality package.
8. What payment methods does Darlington Raceway accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. Payment by check, money order, traveler's checks and cash are also accepted. Personal checks are not accepted race week.
9. What happens should the event rain out?
No refunds will be issued. Tickets will be honored for the rescheduled event date.
10. Where is the Start/Finish Line?
The start finish line is in front of Tyler Tower, Section M and in the Wallace Grandstand at Section J.
11. How much is parking if I do not park overnight?
If you park just for that day's racing events, parking is free.
12. What type of vehicles are allowed in the infield and how much is the parking?
Darlington Raceway also has three reserved auto/van parking areas. Azalea Terrace lines the track in Turns 3 and 4. Palmetto Terrace lines the track in Turn 1. These reserved spaces are $590. for the weekend and include four infield admissions. Additional infield admissions may be purchased for $100.
Parking in Magnolia Place, also in the Turn 4 end of the track, is $300 and includes two infield admissions. Additional admissions are $100 each.
Reserved parking is available on the infield for self-contained RV’s (includes motor homes, pull behinds and 5th wheels). Each site is 15’x40’ and has a 30 amp electric hook-up; water is available outside Turn 2 at the RV dump station. These sites are $475 and they include two infield admissions; additional admissions are $100 each.
Children 12 and under are allowed in the infield for free with their paying adult.
13. Once I enter the infield, may I leave to visit the Souvenir rigs and the Museum?
Yes, Darlington Raceway runs a "walk only" passout at the west tunnel.
14. May I carry my camera or video camera into the track?
Yes. However, all items brought into the track must be carried in an approved container (either a soft-sided, insulated bag no larger than 6x6x12 inches in size or a clear plastic bag no larger than 18x18,x2 inches), worn on a strap around the neck, or clipped to the belt.
15. Are coolers allowed in the grandstands?
Yes. Soft-sided, insulated coolers no larger that 6x6x12 inches in size are allowed in the grandstand areas. All items brought through the gates are subject to search.
