Cheat Codes to headline Rowdy Road Concert Series Outside Turn 2 at Darlington Raceway, Sept. 1

DARLINGTON, S.C. (Aug. 16, 2024) – Darlington Raceway announced today that Los Angeles trio Cheat Codes will perform outside Turn 2 of the track at 4 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 1, as part of NASCAR’s Rowdy Road concert series. Building on the track’s successful college tailgate program, the performance will provide a new entertainment option prior to the 75th Annual Cook Out Southern 500, set for 6 p.m., broadcasted live on USA Network, MRN, and Sirius XM NASCAR Radio.

“Having Cheat Codes perform ahead of the Cook Out Southern 500 is a massive feat leading into an already huge event,” said Darlington Raceway President Josh Harris. “As we continue to grow our fan base and attract our next generation of fans, the Rowdy Road concert at Darlington will take the fans’ pre-race experience to the next level. The performance will certainly ramp up the energy ahead of what should be a dramatic NASCAR Cup Series’ regular season finale.”

Then at 6 p.m., Sunday, Sept. 1, the NASCAR Cup Series stars will battle to secure their spot in the NASCAR Cup Series Playoffs with the Cook Out Southern 500, one of NASCAR’s crown jewel events and the final race of the regular season.
