This is a map of the Darlington Raceway facility, showing the racetrack, grandstands, campgrounds, tailgate areas, parking lots, fan zones, and important amenities. The oval-shaped track runs counter-clockwise with Turns 1 through 4 labeled.

Track Layout

  • The racetrack encircles the infield area, with the start/finish line positioned along the south straightaway.

  • Victory Lane is inside the infield, close to Turn 4.

  • NASCAR Garages, the Cale Yarborough Garage, and the Champions Club are located in the infield.

  • The Media Center is placed inside the oval near Turn 1.

Grandstands and Towers

  • Wallace Grandstand is along the frontstretch (south side).

  • Tyler Tower is located at the center of Wallace Grandstand, aligned with the Jeff Gordon Terrace Boxes.

  • Pearson Tower is positioned near Turn 4 on the west side.

  • Brasington Tower is near Turn 1 on the east side.

  • Earnhardt Towers are placed outside Turn 3.

Parking and Camping

  • Too Tough to Tame Tailgate Parking is outside Turn 2, with adjacent car parking areas.

  • Bus Parking is located outside Turn 2, east of Race Track Road.

  • Pole Position Parking is near Turn 1 and Brasington Tower.

  • Suite Parking is near the infield garages and Champions Club.

  • Multiple campgrounds surround the track, including:

    • Green Grounds near Turn 1

    • Yellow Grounds along the frontstretch

    • Red Grounds outside Turn 3 and Turn 4

    • Sunset RV Camping near Turn 4

    • Petty RV Parking and Pearson RV Parking outside the oval

    • Scout Camping and Caveman Tent Camping nearby

Gates and Access Points

  • Gates are numbered around the perimeter, including Gate 1, Gate 6, Gate 10, Gate 30, Gate 34, Gate 40, and Gate 50, among others.

  • West Tunnel is located near Turn 4.

  • Walk of Champions Tunnel is near Turn 1, below the Media Center.

  • RV Camping Entrances and Free Parking Entrances are marked along the outer roads.

Fan and Guest Areas

  • The Fan Zone and Fan Zone Display are south of the track, near the Wallace Grandstand.

  • Jimmie Johnson Station and ticket offices are located near the Fan Zone.

  • Museum and Gift Shop plus the Administration Building are behind Turn 2.

Facilities and Services

  • Care Centers are marked with first aid icons, one inside Turn 3 and another outside Turn 4.

  • Showers, concessions, and smoking areas are designated throughout campgrounds.

  • Information booths, elevators, handicap parking, and ticket locations are spread across entry gates.

Roads and Surroundings

  • Race Track Road, Petty Blvd, Pearson Blvd, Easler Rd, Rogers Road, and Sunset Drive provide access around the facility.

  • Ramsey’s Pond is shown southwest of the track, near additional parking areas.

  • SC 34 & 151 Harry Byrd Highway runs along the north boundary.
