General Voting:

• Up to 40 eligible paint schemes for all three series (NCS & NXS) will be presented for voting from March 31, 2025 at 9:00:00 AM ET – April 5, 2025 at 11:59:00 PM ET
• In order to be eligible for the 2025 NASCAR Throwback Weekend Paint Scheme Fan Vote, the paint scheme must be on a car that belongs to a driver competing in:
  • NXS – the NASCAR Xfinity Series™, Sports Clips Haircuts VFW Help A Hero 200 race on Saturday, April 5, 2025
  • NCS - the NASCAR Cup Series™, Goodyear 400 race on Sunday, April 6, 2025.

• Darlington Raceway reserves the right to determine paint scheme eligibility and matchups on a case-by-case basis.

To cast your vote for your favorite eligible 2025 NASCAR Throwback Weekend Paint Scheme Fan Vote, select an image for each series. You will then confirm your selections. Once confirmed, hit the ‘submit’ button. You may vote for one (1) eligible paint scheme for each series per ballot submission. You may submit five (5) ballots per 24 hours per unique email address (i.e., 12:00AM ET to 11:59:59PM ET) (each ballot submission, a “Vote”). Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means may be void. The use of multiple name variations or other methods to create additional votes by a single individual during any one (1) day period is prohibited. Violation of these terms and conditions may result in disqualification of the Vote as determined by Darlington Raceway of South Carolina, LLC d/b/a Darlington Raceway (“Darlington Raceway”).

PRIZES No prizes will be awarded to voters.

RULE 3. VOTING RESULTS

Voting ends at 11:59:00 PM (ET) on the date prior to each respective race (NXS – April 5, 2025; and NCS – April 6, 2025). The paint scheme receiving the most votes will be announced and posted on the date of each respective race (NXS – April 5, 2025; and NCS – April 6, 2025).

RULE 4. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

All personally-identifiable information provided during the voting process will be treated in accordance with the NASCAR.COM privacy policy posted here https://www.nascar.com/privacy-statement. By participating, you agree to these rules, the NASCAR.COM privacy policy, and the decisions of Darlington Raceway, which shall be final and legally binding in all matters relating to this voting. Darlington Raceway reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, cancel or suspend part or all of this voting should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of Darlington Raceway corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the vote. Voting may also be temporarily suspended due to routine site, server or network maintenance. If cancelled or terminated early, Darlington Raceway will determine the winner by tallying the votes that Darlington Raceway, in its sole discretion, finds to be valid at the time of termination or cancellation. If suspended, Darlington Raceway will determine the winner by tallying the votes that Darlington Raceway, in its sole discretion, finds to be valid at the time of suspension and the votes accumulated when voting resumes. Darlington Raceway is not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by Darlington Raceway, participants, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may damage a user’s system or limit a participant’s ability to participate in the promotion. Darlington Raceway may prohibit a participant from taking part in the vote or disqualify a participant’s vote if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said participant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Vote by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, or threaten any other participant or Darlington Raceway representatives. Void where prohibited and subject to federal, state and local laws.

CAUTION — ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE WEBSITE OF VOTING MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, DARLINGTON RACEWAY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH VOTER TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
